Welcome to ApertureOne. By accessing or using our website, apertureone.io, and the ShutterAI platform or any related services we provide (collectively referred to as “the Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Services.

Our Services are designed for use by real estate professionals and related businesses. By using them, you represent that you are at least eighteen years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and that you have the authority to enter into these Terms. When you create an account with us, you agree to provide accurate and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of your login details. You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may only use our Services for lawful purposes and in ways that comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not attempt to copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse any part of the Services. You also agree not to upload or share any unlawful, harmful, or infringing content through our platform.

Certain features of the Services may require a paid subscription. By choosing a paid plan, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your chosen payment method for the applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing and plans from time to time, but we will always provide notice before changes take effect.

All technology, software, content, and branding related to the Services are owned by ApertureOne Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Services for your own business purposes. Any information, data, or materials you provide through the Services remain your property, but you grant us permission to use, host, and process that content as necessary to deliver and improve the Services.

Your privacy is very important to us, and our data collection and handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy. By using our Services, you also agree to the terms of that policy.

Please understand that the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work hard to keep them reliable and secure, we do not guarantee they will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ApertureOne Inc. will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Services. Our total liability will never exceed the amount you have paid us in the six months prior to a claim.

If your use of the Services results in claims, damages, or expenses against us, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApertureOne Inc. and its employees, officers, and affiliates. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you violate these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be handled exclusively in the courts of Saskatchewan, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time, and the date of the most recent revision will always be shown above. By continuing to use the Services after any updates are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
